Seller service and mandate terms
Seller service terms and exclusive mandate conditions.
Role
AutoFocus acts only as a disclosed intermediary. The private owner remains the vehicle seller; AutoFocus does not own or sell the vehicle and never receives the vehicle price.
Fees and payment
Published fees include Luxembourg VAT. Fees relate only to the AutoFocus service. The buyer pays the vehicle price directly to the seller.
Exclusive mandate
The exclusive mandate lasts 60 days with no automatic renewal. Introduced-buyer protection lasts 90 days after expiry or cancellation.
Seller duties
The seller truthfully declares identity, ownership, authority, finance, mileage, defects, documents, availability, insurance, and material changes.
Fees
The preparation package is EUR 299 including VAT. The success fee follows the public schedule and becomes due under the service contract. No buyer fee, deposit, or escrow is used.
Data and providers
Private data, documents, bank evidence, signatures, exact addresses, plates, and full VINs are protected. Fixed providers are used only for their defined purpose.
Rights and evidence
Requests, complaints, reports, appeals, withdrawals, and document access create durable auditable records.
