What AutoFocus does, and what it does not do.
What does AutoFocus do for a seller?
AutoFocus helps the seller enter car details, receive an indicative valuation, and prepare a readable request for garages.
Does AutoFocus automatically share my data with garages?
No. Sharing with garage partners happens only after the seller explicitly authorizes it in the request.
Does AutoFocus buy my car?
No. AutoFocus does not buy the vehicle and does not become its owner. Proposals come from approved garages, and the seller remains free to accept or refuse.
Seller process
What happens after the form is submitted.
What information is requested?
The form asks for vehicle details, condition, history, useful photos, location, and target price.
Will a garage always contact me?
No. AutoFocus prepares and forwards the authorized request, but it does not promise that a garage will make a proposal or get in touch.
Must I accept a garage offer?
No. The seller remains free to accept, refuse, or ask for clarification on each presented proposal.
For the seller
The service remains free for the private seller.
Is the service paid for sellers?
No. For private sellers, valuation and garage-offer requests are free.
Does the private seller take on a paid commitment?
Viewing a package or making an offer creates no fee. Commercial terms with partner garages are communicated to garages. For the private seller, the service remains free.
