How the valuation and garage-offer process works
The journey keeps valuation, sharing consent, offer review, and the seller's final decision separate and explicit.
2. Choice and consent
The seller selects valuation only or garage offers. No sharing begins without explicit acceptance of the versioned notice, and withdrawing consent revokes active shares.
3. Sanitized package and selected garages
Staff prepares a Standard or Concierge package without direct identifiers and shares it with selected approved garages. A garage may decline, ask a question, or submit an expiring offer.
4. Review, decision, and confirmation
Autofocus reviews offers before presentation. The seller accepts, declines, or asks for details. A garage fee arises only after seller acceptance and staff deal confirmation.
What remains outside the service
Autofocus does not promise an offer, set the final price, hold the vehicle purchase price, provide finance or warranty, or operate a public car inventory.
